KEEPS CRASHING

I use to LOVE this app! But now it keeps crashing! Please fix!!

MrsHRod2011 v3.1.0 · 9 years ago

I loved this app, but there have been some recent updates and now I am unable to save any photo I edit. It’s not worth using now if I can’t save any photo that I edit. I used it all the time before and it was one of my favorite apps. Really disappointed.

I only give 2 stars to this wonderful app because whenever I tried to save or even share a picture Ive edited, the application instantly crashes and this is a major issue that the dev must correct the fastest as possible Ill change my review when the crashes will be fixed

I just can’t help using it everyday! It’s easy to use, pleasant, fun and it makes all pictures look so great! Love the filters, how easy it is to control them or just use them as they come. The Collage option is also amazing, although I do have one construtive criticism: on the collage section there should be the option of applying filters directly to that collage. It’s very annoying having to export it and then import it back to re-export it again… And that’s for the Desktop and the mobile versions. That would make the app even more fantastic and much much more fun.

The product is so helpful, I am one of those people who needs easy applications to create collages as I just compile collages of my whole photo history.

App design is awful

But the features are great. Would be nice if it could be updated for Yosemite.

It’s the best photagraphie app that you can find in the app store in combination with gimp you could repleace photoshop which costs a lot. But those two in combination are free and are just great thank’s a lot to those.

good but

could have a little more control over the photo, like mid tones and shadows.

I was excited to try this free and elegant photo editing app, since Im in need of a simple tool for those quick tasks that dont need Photoshops power. While the interface was clean and beautiful, this application unfortunately fails at the most important part of its job. It makes your photos look awful, even without any effects applied. Youll notice this immediately as soon as you open your image. Fotor must apply some sort of image pre-processing as it loads photos, and it really degrades the quality; particularly colour vibrancy. Not convinced? Try this experiment: Load any image into Fotor, preferably one with rich colour. Now dont add any filter effects, or tweak any levels. Just load the image, then export it right away. Now use Finder and Preview to compare the exported photo with your original. See the difference? Now Im not sure if this is intentional to make the filter effects appear more dramatic, or if its just poorly implemented image processing, but either way its bafflingly unacceptable for a photo editing application.
